TIDNINGEN KOLLEGA
Strengthening the digital position
With a circulation of 700,000 copies, the trade union Unionen's member newspaper Kollega has a strong position in print. In a joint project, the Mediamentors are working with the entire editorial team to strengthen the newspaper's position digitally, including everything it entails for content, idea work, presentation, processes and organization. The work is primarily done through a number of workshops where all employees actively contribute ideas. At the same time, the team is building a working method where the joint responsibility for implementation is also anchored.
NTM MEDIA
"We want Sweden's best media managers"
All editorial managers in the NTM group (with newspapers from Vimmerby in the south to Kiruna in the north), about 75 people, participated in the "Editorial Leadership" program that Mediamentorerna implemented over 18 months together with Joakim Claesson.
The focus was on strengthening the managers' leadership - but also on working with new tools for the editorial team in the form of idea generation, varied content and to engage employees in daily activity goals.

Digital journalism in focus at EKOT
How do you get a new strategy to "stick" to the editorial team? What do you do to ensure that employees understand and engage in what digital journalism really means? What tools should be used to create content according to digital logic in everyday life? And how do you integrate a digital desk into the editorial structure? These are some of the challenges where we supported EKOT's management team in their change work.
GOTA MEDIA
Leadership program for experienced managers
A 6-month extension training course for the group's managers with operational/personnel responsibilities. The participants were challenged to take another step in their personal leadership development. In addition to practical tools for trust-based leadership, coaching and feedback, each manager completed a so-called IDI profile , where their own employees were invited to give their managers feedback on a range of different leadership behaviors.

TIDNINGEN FYSIOTERAPI
From print to digital channel focus
When editor-in-chief Lois Steen contacted Mediamentoren, it was with a request that read: "We want to start a change process to better utilize our digital channels." Mediamentoren and Tidningen Fysioterapi's editorial team worked together for six months. "Mediamentoren have an ability to first listen to the current situation and then ask sharp questions that have allowed us to find our own keys to renewing the newspaper's digital journalism. It went faster than we thought it would," says Lois Steen about the project.
SVERIGES TIDSKRIFTER

NORRLANDSOPERAN
Interim CEO with the right to act
Many cultural activities and organizations in the public sector are facing tough cost-cutting demands. Norrlandsoperan is no exception. The central question is: How can you improve efficiency without reducing core operations, in this case the artistic departments? We provided concrete guidance in developing new structures and working methods, and also stepped in as interim CEO to implement the new organization and begin the roadmap for cost-cutting measures.
SVERIGES RADIO
The producers are the dynamos of the editorial team
Producers and editors rarely carry the title of manager, but they are undoubtedly journalistic leaders with great responsibility for production. Over the past ten years, Sveriges Radio and Mediamentoren have offered hundreds of producers training in concrete leadership tools for everyday work in the editorial office.
We have worked with coaching, creative meetings in the editorial office, constructive feedback and a dose of conflict management. " A course without a lot of fluff and buzzwords - instead full focus on OUR needs!"

TIDNINGEN ELINSTALLATÖREN
Sharpen your journalism and measure your success
The trade magazines of the plumbing companies had done a solid job of succeeding digitally when it came to having technology, design and subscription solutions in place. Then it was time to focus on sharpening the very core: journalism. Mediamentorerna gathered all the editorial staff at both Elinstallatören and VVS-forum and sharpened the journalism with the help of new tools and insights. An important part of the development work has also been to find new ways to measure success.
RWANDA BROADCASTING AGENCY
Supporting increased independence

We have had the opportunity to work with editorial offices in Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Namibia and in recent years especially in Rwanda. With the support of development aid funds, Sveriges Radio Media Development Office has had a long-term project in collaboration with the Rwanda Broadcasting Agency to develop the skills of editors and reporters.
