Consultant profiles

PER ANDERSSON

Per started Mediamentorerna in 1995 and has since then worked full time as a consultant with management- and organization development within the Media business and other businesses.
Per was originally employed by the Swedish Public Service Radio and Television as a reporter and a Manager on different levels for many years. He has been a Mentor for many Editor in Chiefs, CEO:s and Top management groups. He has a Diploma in organizational consulting at ”Gestalt Academy of Scandinavia” and is educated at the Swedish High School of Journalism. When Mediamentorerna first went into international assignments, Per introduced Swedish Media leadership models in Vietnam.

TINNA BONDESTAM

joined the company in 2007 and is a consultant in Management- and Organizational Development primarily in media. Tinna is a journalist from the beginning, graduated from the Swedish High school of Journalism in 1987 and has been working as a reporter and a managing editor on different levels for several years, being in charge of Content, HR-development and Change Management.  She is  a certified user of several different process-and measurement-tools, such as The Four Rooms of Change. Tinna has been a consultant for many different projects in Sweden and in other countries, such as Russia, Belarus, Sri Lanka, Vietnam,  Myanmar and Namibia.

PETER SOMMERSTEIN

joined the company in 2007 and is a consultant in Management and Organizational Development, with Media Convergence as a speciality. He has  graduated from the Swedish High school of Journalism in 1975 and has a long experience as a journalist and several management positions in both TV and print. He has been in charge of several consulting projects in Sweden and in other countries. This includes working for Fojo in Russia, Belarus, Sri Lanka,  Vietnam and also projects in other countries . Peter is an ICF-certified Coach and has also been certified in usng several different process tools connected to the theory/model Four Rooms of Change, dealing with individuals, groups, teams and hole organizations.

THOMAS LUNDKVIST

joined the company in 2007, works as a consultant in Management and Organizational Development primarily in media, today with a certain focus on business development. He also runs a publishing company, Media Drive Group, mainly focused on printed concept magazines. He has a background as a reporter and manager in Swedish Television, spending some years as responsible project manager for Swedens most respected investigating newsroom “Uppdrag granskning” ("Mission Scrutiny") .
Thomas has also been involved in MM:s internationall assignments in for example Vietnam and Namibia.

KATARINA PIETRZAK
Started to collaborate with the company in 2013, works as a coordinator and consultant in Change Management and Organizational Development, both within and outside media. She has a background as a journalist and presenter of current affairs in the Swedish Public Service Radio since 1996. The last 8 years she also has been working as a trainer and competence developer, and she is trained as a coach according to the International Coach Federation. Assessment centers, recruitment and working with providing for competence, is also areas Katarina has been focusing on.
